[Resolved]  Freecharge.in — Not received balance recharged from freecharge.in website

I have recharged my mobile no [protected] on 3rd september with order no "5365838" from freecharge.in website. But i have not received balance.However they have deducted balance from my account. Even after registering complain to both "My service provider" & " Freecharge.in", they are not giving proper response.

Hi,

Your Order id: 5365838 is a declined transaction and refund for the same has already been processed to our gateway on 09.09.11.

Depending upon the turnaround time of your bank you will get the refund automatically into your account (ideally the banks take 3-7 working days to process the refund)
