[Resolved] Freecharge.in — Not received balance recharged from freecharge.in website | |||
I have recharged my mobile no [protected] on 3rd september with order no "5365838" from freecharge.in website. But i have not received balance.However they have deducted balance from my account. Even after registering complain to both "My service provider" & " Freecharge.in", they are not giving proper response. Was this information helpful? | |||
Aug 19, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Verified Support Sep 12, 2011 Freecharge Payment Technologies / FreeCharge.in Customer Care's response Hi, Your Order id: 5365838 is a declined transaction and refund for the same has already been processed to our gateway on 09.09.11.
