Kindly escalate my problem or give me phone number where I can talk to somebody who assure me that something is being done about my case. This is very sad that you are not taking any complaints seriously and just giving out canned responses because if you had really given out the reversal instructions on 15 Nov then the reversal should have happened. But you just lie from the teeth and giving canned responses. By the way the refund is for 1009 not 999. Was this information helpful? | |||
