Fujezone / Touch Screen Mobile Dual SIM — Product is unusable

The Mobile lots of hanging when make a call or receive a call.
battery back up is only 2-3hours.
Mobile purches from HOMESHOP18.
I cant use dual sim in this phone.

I received fujezone dual sim mobile on last month from homeshop18. order no.[protected]. but i have lots of problem in handset. allways hang when receive or make a call. i think its a frod site homeshop18.

I purchased FujezoneFull touch Ephone from HS18 3 weeks back. There is lot of issues with the handset itself. Battery backup is pathetic. It's giving just 7 hours stand by as against 150 hours being told by HS18! Same with talkime; just 1 hour as against 3-4 hours! Also, in some applications the phone is hanging. Pls respond

i had purchased Fujezone Full touch screen phone from HS18 (home shop 18) thinking HS18 is a well reputed company who sells only original products .
BUT i am wrong
As on 31 nov 09 i am unable send or recieve calls from that.
after that i come to know that IMEI Number is invalid .
I will not suggest anybody to buy any product from HS18.
unless you only have to regret .

Hi, I have received Fujezone Touch Screen Dual Sim GSM Mobile Phone on dated 28. 12. 09. I just want to alert all guys DON"T PURCHASE THIS PHONE. It's totally FRAUD COMPANY.. It's chainess product & it's value is only 2200 Rs in indian market & Home Shop 18 is selling in 5999/- Rs. Most of features are not working. One of the pathetic thing it's not user friendly. Whatever they show on television, every thing looks like FRAUD. Have contacted home shop 18 helpline and ask about 15 days money back guarantee and they told me since you have inserted your sim card so we cann't take order back...I think this channel should be closed immediately. I suggested DON"T BUY any product from Home Shop 18.

Hi, I was just planning to buy this phone but am glad now that I checked here before I actually paid up. Such websites must be deemed to comensate the consumers for any issues faced with the products that they are selling. Indians are now getting used to buying online stuff. But such channels / websites will only increase the doubts in the mind of a consumer and they will not find it easy to trust better sites / channels selling authentic products. Its a SHAME HS-18. I AM NEVER SPOILING MY NIGHTS SLEEP WATCHING YOUR STUPID CHANNEL AGAIN
