i am tarun jain and i wroked with FICCL (RMM) at patiala. As per MIS reports i was a example setter but i was forced to resign. My branch Manager gave me a threat even. He went to the extent saying that i will not let you work in industry. n also challenged me . I submitted my resign in june 2009 and submitted all docs in the month of sept for PF. the same is in process till date. i dont know till date that wat was the problem, but i feel lucky that i left that company intime. Mr Tarun. you submitted your Pf form in sept and you said its still in process. so my dear brother this is fullerton. this will remain in process for next i think 10 years. keep waiting. Is company mein sab nakara log he hai. sarkari clerks se b nakara.
and yes i agree with you that you were lucky to leave the company intime.

mane socha ki cmm ke haal he bure hai magar rmm bhe kam nahi...yaar tumara hr manager kon hai...pakka koi jaali hoga...sare kaam choor hai aur sirf salary ka wait karte hai...jute maaro sabko...

Tarun yaar ek baat bta jab tere boss ne tujhe threat kiya tune usko thoka kyun nahi. police bula leta. nanaga kar deta market mein ficcl walo ko. khair ab jo ho gaya so ho gaya.
Pf lene k liye int se int bja de.haar nahi maan na. newspaper mein de de.
