[Resolved]  Fullerton India Personal Loan — foreclosure charges

It has been a great dissatisfaction with fullerton India janakpuri branch
I had visited the branch personally with my wife and the kind of response that i got from the branch collection incharge CRMM BUSINESS Kuldeep Gupta was not less that a local money lender who has noting to say but this is the policy and you have been intimated through SMS.
Why does fullerton not give loans on SMS.
I was harrassed by the employee Kuldeep Gupta and he said that he is the BIG BOSS in the entire OFFICE and there is no one else whom I can escalate to.

The reason I visited the branch was to close my loan account [protected]. Being a loyal customer I was ready to pay all the charges except for 1% extra foreclouser charge which was not conveyed to me in written.
To my surprise mr gupta said that he can do noting forit as the approval are not coming from the head office.
He had dialled someone's number saying that let mespeak to a senior but he will not pick my call and to my surprise he was true.
If a senior in the same office does not the call of the employee you can imagine what a customer will be facing.
I am very much harrased and now I will stop the repayment and concult my lawyer who will file a case in the consumer court and then only I will settle the account as per the directions of the law.
I am also not gioing to pay and kind of charge by them and will only pay the principal ammount which is outstanding
