[Resolved] Fullerton India — reduce my cibil score without any reason | |||
Hi Fullerton, This is vijay verma from jaipur, I took a loan form fullerton india my load account number is [protected]. I paid my entire installment by bank but you did not inform me a single time that I have to pay some more 13 rupees to close my account and did not withdraw by my bank I thought my load has been completed. I am very sad to say that you guys reduce my cibil score just because I did not pay 13 rupees and keep doing without any information to me. Now I have paid “510” rupees and attached doc for that but what can I do with cibil score as you have made me down in global market. Now I am not able to get any loan just because of this silly mistake by me or you. But now I want my cibil score up because I have paid the entire remaining amount as you asked for. i took loan 115000 for 3 years sales person commet me loan ROI 24% flat but loan intrest 36% its so higheri pay emi continue but my name in cibil solve my problem urgent basis otherwise i go consumer court i take leagel action i m so upset i call ur customer care 30 time but no responce
