Future Bazaar — Taking orders & then cancellation | |
Dear Respected One's, I placed an order on the 14th of February, 2009 for 2 Sony Ericsson F305 Mobile Handset order no.[protected] & order no. [protected]. After 4-5 days when I called up on their customer service number provided they told me that the order has been cancelled as there was a pricing error on the site. When I asked as to when the order was cancelled, they told that it had been cancelled on the same day of placing the order. However when I checked on the site to find the status of the orders, it showed "In Process." I have gone through their Terms & Conditions and it is clearly also mentioned that they will contact the customer incase the order is cancelled under any circumstances. This was not done in my case. Infact, I am even more enraged because as I am a person who keeps a track of my expenses & know exactly what is the availability of Credit card limits & had made the mistake o[censored]sing the same card on a business trip wherein when I tried to swipe my card to purchase a laptop, the merchant told me that the card had insufficient balance. I contacted my bank & was informed that the limit is still blocked by Future Bazaar. This has caused for someone like me complete embarassement. Due to their mistakes, I have had to pay a huge cost Mentally. I would like to find how may more people like me have these people harassed & how may cases are such where these people have taken orders & then cancelled. I plan to approach the RTI for the same & take strict action against these offenders. Seems like I am not the only ones to suffer. Was this information helpful? | |
