Future Capital — Rude behavior

I financed my split HItachi through Future Finance in March 2012. The 1st two installments were easily debited out of my Citibank Savings account. In July, I got a call from Collections department of Future Captial stating that my instalment has been bounced back. when I contacted my bank Citibank, they advised me thatno attempt was made by the finance company. when the representative came to collect the check I took the number for the customer service to sort this out as the collection people who caled me were very rude, gave missed calls at odd hours and asked me to pay the bounced fee which I am not responsible of. It's Future Capitals error that their mandate form which had some faults. three months in a row I have been mentally harassed by Future Captial wherein I got tired of asking them through calls, emails etc to understand the procedure to close my loan acct. I am ready today the pending amount of my loan but no is ready to help.
I spoke to Aarti Oberoi (supervior) she abused me over the phone, Kethaki ( Aarti's manager) who again was rude and didn't help me.
after so much of humiliation from FUTURE CAPTIAL I am forced to lodge a complain against them for harassing me even when I am ready to pay the balance amount of my loan.
