[Resolved]  Future Money — ECS debit

I got my furtinure from Home town and took a loan from future money for payment. Future money was suppose to present my ECS on the 7th of jan. On 10th of jan one of their staff called me from their office. Office number is 40423517, his name is Mr. Mohite, He informed me that my ECS has retured due to signature mismatch from citibank and I will ahve to pay Cash and also sign a signature mandate form for future payment. I said i cannot go to the bacnk, he gave me an option of post dated payment for remaining payment and told me I will have to pay cash. One guy came to my residence on 11th Jan and colelcted Cash. none of them bothered to inform me that the ECS will be presented again on 13th as per their policy. On 123th I get a text from future money informing me that they will represent ECS. When I called them, they said they will call back. One of their managers Bhupali kadam called me in the evening to inform its normal process so keep funds. My question to her was why did they take cahs if they were going to prtesent ECS again and why did they tell me its signature mismatch when actually the ECS was not registered. Why din't they tell me they will represent. Now they are not ready to work with me. the lady was rude and told me that this is policy and I can't expect her to do anything at the last moment. She says I don't now why Ritesh Mohite dint tell u about this. She just said you can complain but i can't do anything. Thanks to these idiotd, I have had to go through stress and I will have a bounce payment due to insufficient funds that will reflect badly.... A complete bunch of incompetent they are.
