[Resolved] Futurebazaar.com — Cancellation of order | |||
I had ordered a Mtiashi TV from futurebazaar.com. The debited my credit card and sent me a confirmation of order and payment. Then they emailed me the next day that the order was cancelled. I called customer care and one Mr. Goldie Creado told me that the company was not obliged to give any explanation as to why they cancelled my order. I called my credit card bank and they said that they had approved the payment and that the payment to the merchant was complete. Please do not deal with this shopping portal. Not only are they involved in unfair and unethical practices, but they also are very unhelpful in resolving issues. Was this information helpful? | |||

Further to you concern regarding the order number [protected] for "Mitashi 24 inches LED TV". I have placed a replacement order on your behalf to be shipped on priority. The replacement order number for your reference is [protected].
Let me confirm that the said product gets dispatched to the customers from the warehouse located near to there location to avoid any damage to the product while in transit. I regret to mentioned that the product is not readily available at our warehouse located near to your location hence there has been a delay. I am personally working to arrange the additional unit of the ordered product at your nearest warehouse to arrange the delivery on priority. I will keep you updated regarding the status of the same.
