[Resolved]  G'FIVE — Mobile not working

My name is Shameena. I purchased a G'Five mobile from MobileZone Lahore. Im facing problem with this set, my cell's vibration got dead, it doesnt vibrate so i nvever come to know abt call or msgs, the GB Card is also creating problem so wat i have to do, I hve purchased it in 4500 PKR.
When i aproached to the specific shop they said China mobiles have no waranty so we are not responsible for it
Plz help me out

My name is Rajat. I bought a G-Five duel sim H/S from a reputed mobile shop in Suri, West Bengal, India. I am facing the problem that the handset got very slow and it responds after 5 or 6 seconds. The price of the H/S is 2800/- INR. The shopkeeper said that this might be due to software problem but he could not do anythind as the software is not available. Kindly suggent what can I do at this point of time?

The G-five mobiles dont have any waranty and must be purchased in own risk and her i am giving you some small tips to check its performance and to maintain the Gfive handsets, since i am using G'five u800.first one to check the battery life of mobile charge your mobile for only 2 1/2 hrs and after must stop it when it is fully charged and check its charge standby period and charge your mobile battery once a day.secondly to reduce the handset becoming slow the solution is to keep phone memory atleast upto 60% free space and external memory upto 30% free space, this will help your handset not becoming slow .and dont take out the extra memory card frequently and i advise you to use card reader to feed data to memory card and mainly dont use your handset in sunny place the heat will reduce the battery life and the parts of handset .I think this tips will be helpful for you..take care of your mobiles from destructions.its risk to purchase the china handset with no warranty.
