[Resolved] Galaxy Toyota — making me fool

I want to buy a toyota Innova. I paid the amount of 50000 rupees as booking amount to Galaxy Toyota on 17 march 2010. They assured me to deliver the car on monday i.e 22 march 2010. I live in Moradabad and i have to travel for about 160 kms to Delhi to buy the car. Everything was finalised and i was about to take the money with me to delhi tomorrow and now they are saying that the care has already been sold to someone else. They are making me fool and wasting my time. I am in need of a car and i did not buy any other car. They also say that price of registration and the vehile are being increased in some days. please suggest as to what should i do now. I would request to please take a action against the dealer and arrange me a car of my desired colour and model of what they assured me. thanks a lot. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Same thing infact happened to me. Even I paid Rs 50000 as booking amount & the very next day from the day toyota's executive collected from me the Draft of whole amount, he denied to provide me the car as it was already sold.

After that they provide me the car after apprx 10 days with 16000 Rs increased amount.

Now when they have received the RC of my car they have asked me to pay 1000 Rs more as it was paid short by me as per them.

Cant believe that even such a renowned name can make people fool like this. This all happening at Galaxy Shalimar Bagh.
