I HAVE BOOKED A TICKET ON LINE FOR NEW DELHI RAIGARH BY TRAIN NO.8508 HIRAKUND EXPRESS. AFTER MAKING PAYMENT ON FROM MY ICICIC BANK DEBIT CARD TO IRCTC ACCOUNT. BUT THEY HAVE DEDUCTED THE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT BUT THEY DID NOT GIVE ME THE TICKET. YOU ARE REQUESTED TO TRANSFER THE MONEY TO MY ICICI BANK ACCOUNT.
