[Resolved]  Gas Cylinder — Delay in delivery & never bringing weighing scale by delivery boy

Sir/Madam,

I am a customer of LPG with B.W.C.S (LTD.) ALAKA (Indane Distributer Code[protected], Market Building, Bhubaneswar with Consumer Number :- 16064, Address: DDL-44, 1st Fase DDHB, Dumduma H B Colony, Bhubaneswer-19. I had booked for refilling of LPG cylinder on 01/12/2008.
But I have not got my gas cylinder refilled yet. Today, 15/12/2008, delivery boy came without weighing scale and when my wife asked him to weigh the cylinder. He just went without delivering cylinder. He never brings weighing scale. Normally one gas cylinder last for more than 1 month, but last time it last for 10 days when we had taken delivery without weighing the cylinder because the delivery boy, as usual, had not brought the weighing scale. Delay of delivery of cylinder has become routine for them. Whenever we complains regarding this, we get the answer that 'house was lock', but the fact is, we having staying here since 9 years and we are family of 6 members and our house has never been empty or locked for security issues.
On the receipt date of booking is correct but the date of delivery is always wrong.
We have two cylinders but both are empty. Now it has become very difficult manage with one kerosene stove. We are really harassed of the poor service by the agency.

Kindly take immediate action on the above matter.
