[Resolved]  Gifta love — Product Not delivered till date

Hi, I have ordered a "Bamboo Plant" from www.giftalove.com website on the occasion of Raksha-Bandhan to my sister staying in Bangalore, India. It was scheduled to be delievered on 20/08/2013. Order Datails: Order No: GL-[protected] Delivery Date:- 20/08/2013 Reciever Name : sapna poonia Mode of Payement : ICICI Debit Card AMOUNT: 499.00 However it has not been delievered till date, Also no acknowledgement has been sent from company for delay, I searched on website but no customer care number has been provided over there. Its been more then 10days, no communication done by the company. I have sent many followup mails at "[protected]@giftalove.com", and I have recieved only one reply mail on 22/08/2013 as below: [protected]-- Hi, Please let me check with my concern department and revert back to you ASAP. Sorry for inconvenience. Note: In any case if your order is not delivered to you then we will refund your money within 7 - 10 working days.
