I ordered mine Rakhi from there as well, waiting for delivery. I wish I saw this before ordering. I emailed them about tracking order, just keeping my fingers crossed. I hope this is not repeated with me.

I had also placed same order to my brother, before 8 days, he yet not received the Gift. Please advice if you get any details to track this orders. I had also mailed them for the same, yet not get any replied. I am worried now if gift will reach or this is fraud.

I am also looking foe ant tracking method. The delivery date for my rakhi gift was 16 but it has not been delivered yet. I tried mailing them several times but they did not bother to revert back. Can anyone please tell me how to contact the customer care.

Please share the details of contact number or address of there support personnel (Priyanka or what ever) so we can also try. I have also complained to National consumer Forum for the dame. Let's finger crossed for something positive.

No information, they respond sometime to emails, but she told me they dont have any contact number. :( I was thinking if there was a way to report their fraud.

I recently placed an order for 2 items for RakshaBandhan. Giftalove did charge me for both the items and the transaction was successful. When Iwent on the website and logged in to my account, I was surprised to see that it was just showing 1 item in there. I contacted their customer service and Priyana from their customer service contacted back and asked me for the payment proof. I sent her that and she assured that they will ship both items which was never done. I contacted them back and this time Pooja contacted back and asked me the same details again. I have resent everythingng again ur did not hear back from them. I am very frustrated with their service. They took money from me but never shipped the item nor they are replying to my emails.

They are fraud. I placed my order on 13 august and it hasent been delivered yet.. So disappointed with this website.
Samething with me, I ordered two rakhis, waiting to reach and crossed my fingurew.
If it is not reached, im going to take action as im transfered from US server and and i have evidence.

Good news... I get my money back yesterday after long fight with this peoples. I had get some details of this company which I am sharing here, which will be useful to you also. Try to constant connect with this people by every way and I am sure they must give your money back or will deliver gift. I think delivering gift now is no matter, hence let at least get your money back, if you had not received yet. May following details of company helpful to you:
