I have ordered rakhi products from this site .and still it,s not delivered.i think it,s totally fake because they are not responding by mail and they don,t have any contact detail and adress, where it,s existing.my money is debited already.so i just want my refund for product because rakhi is over so all it,s useless.my order was placed on 18th august.pls help me out....

As committed Rakhi not delivered at desired location

I have booked Rakhi to be delivere at Jodhpur location and committed to be deliver within 1-2 days. But still they have not delivered 5 day passed & today is the Rakhi yet the parcel is not dleivered. I think its a fake site and may be they have cheated with customer and take the payment online. if possible please arrange to block his site & online payment gateway of given site.

I have recently ordered 2 Box of Ferero Rocher with Rakhi from the above website for my brother for the occasion of rakhi. I had email giftalove people before placing order to confirm the availability of the box that I was looking for. One of their staff member Priyanka emailed me back confirming that they have that product in stock and I can proceed with my order.
However they delivered the wrong box of...
