DON'T TRUST GIFTMATE. THEY ARE JUST FOOLING PEOPLE. I RECEIVE A VOUCHER ON MY NUMBER AND IT IS NOT ACTIVATING...WHEN CALLED UP THEIR CUSTOMER CARE(A STD CALL FOR 15 MIN.) AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS SENT BY MISTAKE. MY VOUCHER ID WAS 516806.
NOW WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSSES THAT I INCURRED IN FORM OF TIME AND MONEY. I WILL TO SUE THEM DEFINITELY.

money crediting — credit card
i am rashid .d. ansarifor reason of my credit card valid 06/07 to 06/10, still my credit card is valid or not and what is credit card balence please updated my credit card for reason of crediting to money in foreign govt fund please immidiate mail me or call me number [protected]
I tried to purchase giftmate points for 250/- on 26 Feb 2008, using my credit card.
During transaction there was an error on the website.
Now i got my credit card statement, amount is charged from Credit card.
But after a month, nothing is credited to my Giftmate account.
I have to file a dispute now. Just see so many hassle in doing transaction through Giftmate.
Customer support always response, we will get back to you in 2 working days. But here a month passed, but no action.
