Giftmate — giftmate is cheater, trustless, cheap peoples. dhokay baaz..etc

i have got a sms for giftmate about 50 rs cash back from movies ticker. i was very exited to see that offer.. i as my elder bother to gift me a giftmate voucher of rs 1000. after requesting my for for 2 to 3 hours he accept to gift me a giftvoucher of rs 1000. in 1 min i got 1000rs giftvoucher to my account.i thanks my bro. and i told my friend that i will booking they tickets for the movie blue.. on monday 19 oct. as after promising my friend about the tickets. when i try to login my account. i was shocked to see the resoponce. it was saying that invalid password or account.. i enter my id and password for 4 to 5 time but nothing hapend. then i have called to a giftmate help center.. as it is a std number.. i have called.. they is man reciving the call. when he picked the call i say hello is dis a giftmate. after hearing me that studpid person just ignoring my call. after losing 6 to 7 calls by that stupid person i tryed again. then a lady pick the call her name was some thing starting with M. she told me very stupid thing that i need to send a photo copy of my credit card and a latest transaction recipt.
but i told her that i am a student and i have got a voucher as a gift from my brother.after hearing me she told me that she cant do any thing without the copy of credit card.

what shoud i do... i can open my account till friday 16/10/2009 till 12 30 pm. i dont know what wrong with giftmate persons they have blocked my account.
as no all my friend at laughing me becouse i have broken my promise. its all happen becouse of giftmate.
