Giftmate — Using Giftmate Online

Can someone plesae guide me how to use my guftmate voucher online. I have received 1000/- giftmate voucher which I am trying to use to top up my mobile.

But everytime I log into my giftmate account and try recharging the mobile number, it does take me to the Paymate system where i need to give in different deatils. But when I sumbit it says that I am not a registered Paymate user. Not sure why although I am going to the Paymate Mobile Recharge PAge through my Giftmate Account. Kindly help

Hi! You should be able to recharge through the paymate page you get taken to because they are run by the same company. You just need to enter the mobile number you want to recharge and the amount.
Do you remember your GiftMate PIN? you will need that. I[censored] don't remember, maybe u can get in touch with their customer service? They should be able to help.

Or i think you can send GETPIN to 5667711 and you should get ur PIN on ur phone.
