[Resolved]  Giftmate — Regarding redeeming of Voucher

I am also facing same kind of issue with Giftmate, Even they wont do anything, if you call the customer care numbers :)

TILL THE DATE I PURCHASED 12 GIFTMATE VOUCHERS OF RS 500 TILL THE DATE FROM THEM AND NEVER FACE ANY PROBLEM IN USING THEM.EVEN I SUGGEST THIS OPTION TO MY FREINDS AS WELL.ALMOST 10-12 FRIENDS OF MINE USING IT AND NOT FACING ANY PROBLEM.

well i m also using giftmate since last 1.5 months and i never faced ny problem infact there customer care dept also helps ya...it takes them time to refund the money but they did return my money when there was a system failure...

According to the Sir India Offer -

I am surprise that i was bought a product on dated 04 of March 2008, but i cant receive any giftmate voucher of Rs. 250, according to the Sir India Offer. if they cant send any voucher, So why this site make a fool of all customers.

I & my husband rcvd giftmate voucher of Rs.200 but due to server problem it was not activated next day when I try to activate the voucher it was showing invalid voucher ID. I contacted with the giftmate support team they told me that they will send me the voucher id & detail via mail till today I have not rcvd the same. Now the giftmate support team is not replying too. I don't know what the support team is doing...

I send an sms for the contest of chota ustaad & mtv roadies . I didnot receive any voucher till yet as i send the sms on 27 th of march for roadies and on 29th of march for chota ustaad . they are making fool.

i played mtv contest and star voice of india . i recieved the msgs from giftmate and the voucher id also. i send the mail in customercare, the mail was back with me it was not recived by the giftmate customercare. please send me the voucher id again so that i can buy something that i am needing.

Giftmate has never cheated me though i have been using their vouchers for buying goods from indiatimes shopping and indiaplaza.in and doing it for last 3 months.

Zapak — did not received giftmate

my id in zapak is hasahasahasa7 on 6-5-2009 i won giftmate voucher i havent recived it yet
