[Resolved]  Gifts To World — MONEY NOT REFUNDED AND STOPPED RESPONDING FOR CALLS/MAILS/MESSAGES

Hi,
I ordered a gift trough GIFTS TO WORLD(giftstoworld.com) on 27th March 2012 worth Rs/1995/-. They dint deliver the gifts on time neither they dint refund the money back. I am trying to contcat them from March 27th, from the evening of that day they stopped picking my calls neither dint they respond for my mails/messages. After that when my friends contacted them they replied for my mail informing they will refund the money within 2 weeks , its been 1 month and 11 days today, still they dint refund also they stopped picking the calls. Please help me out to get my refund and would like to complaint them since they are so irresponsible to their customers. PFB, the mail i received from them, the mobile numbers are active, but they wont pick up once they see my number or will disconnect once they hear my voice.

Its been more than a month that I made the payment and my gifts are not delivered. When I called you 2 weeks back you informed me that you have informed the bank and it will take 2 weeks now its more than a month……………………. When will I receive the amount.?
