I have placed an order of bouquet of roses on 7 feb 2013. The order is not delivered nor the money refunded. Now, the concern person is not picking my call. There are two websites indiagiftstoday.com and giftstoworld.com (parent website), only the mobile number is provided for contact details no landline is provided for it. The number for the concern person (guilty) are -[protected] & [protected]. Please do the needful....

I purchased gift item on 28th may 2012 from internet banking which was to be delivered at pitampura on 28th may 2012 midnight as commited by the person.
Neither the gifts were delivered nor they attended my calls afterwards.There was no point delivering the gifts late as birthday was gone .I already confirmed from them that i will purchase voucher only if they promise to deliver it on time.But they were unable to keep their words.br...
