[Resolved] Go Ibibo / Indigo / Sbi — Overcharging while booking with out proper information | |||
Hello, I booked a ticket, for my journey from Kochi to Ahmedabad on 19th of April 2012, online through the go ibibo site on 07th April 2012 and the payment was made through online SBI ATM/Debit card. Through out the transaction it was showing that an amount of Rs: 6217 will be deducted from my account. After the transaction was over I received an email from go ibibo site that the ticket was booked. Immediately another email came from the Indigo site mentioning that a total of Rs. 6506 was deducted from the account and the extra amount accounted to transaction charges. but during the entire process it was not mentioned and I would like to know whose fault was that and enough information be given in the websites of - SBI online, go ibibo and Indigo - regarding the extra charge. I would like to know whether I will get the extra amount which was deducted - Rs. 324 - refunded, as I was not informed prior to or during the process of these online transaction.
