[Resolved] Goa Dairy Milk — Selling More than MRP of RS 13.00 | |
Hi, A shop in front of Green House, near Colva Police Station is selling Fresh & Pure - Goa Dairy (Shakti) Pasteurised Standardised Milk for Rs. 14.00 which is Re 1.00 more than the MRP of Rs. 13.00 marked on the packet, when asked, stated that due to shortage, the price is increased, the delivery person told the shopkeeper that the price is increased and is charging the shopkeeper the MRP of Rs. 13.00 and asked him to sell at what ever rate he feels like, which is against the law. Goa Dairy Milk — Charging Extra from the MRP
Dear Whomsover it may concern, The prices of the milk is gone upto 16.50Rs and still the shop vendors are charging extra 1Rupee to 50 paisa for cooling, i don't understand why they charge for cooling.i have written many a times and no action or nothing has been done regarding the same, i stay at st-cruz vodlem bhat near shantadurga complex and near by there is this shop who is sucking people's hard earned money selling products or i mean to say charging extra from the MRP Price. so i request some necessary action should be taken with this shop vendors.Thanking you,
