Being sold more than MRP

A couple of days ago, it came in Goa news papers that Delhi has increased the price of Milk from 26 to 28 per litre, from that time onwards, even though there is no increase in the milk price in Goa, all the shops in South Goa are selling milk at Rs. 14.00 per half litre packet, but the MRP marked on the packet is Rs 13.00, all the shop keepers say that the distributor who delivers them the milk takes 13.50 per packets and asks...

A shop in front of Green House, near Colva Police Station is selling Fresh & Pure - Goa Dairy (Shakti) Pasteurised Standardised Milk for Rs. 14.00 which is Re 1.00 more than the MRP of Rs. 13.00 marked on the packet, when asked, stated that due to shortage, the price is increased, the delivery person told the shopkeeper that the price is increased and is charging the shopkeeper the MRP of Rs. 13.00 and asked him to sell at...
