[Resolved] Godrej Ac — Godrej ac remote missing from box+ac not working | |||
Sir/Madam, I have Purchased Godrej Split AC 1.5 TON dt 23/1/2011.from Reliance Digital Banjarahills Hyderabad.Same got delivered dt:25/1/11 as per my instructions.Installation from Reliance digital came on 26/1/11 Found that Remote Was Missing and installation cannot be completed with out Remote.After N no of follow-ups I received Remote from Outlet which is not a right one to this model.After 13 days of purchasing AC not Lucky enough even to switch on AC. 3/2/11 received AC which is not a New one.But the Technician Confirmed that There is a problem in the AC as Compressor is not Switching on. Godrej — Air-conditioner stopped working
Hi, we purchased an ac on 12th Dec 2010. Serial number[protected].As it was cold then, we never used it.
We started using it towards the end of April as it grew hot.
On 10th May, it stopped working all-together all of a sudden.
We called their customer "care" then and there, and they promised to send a tech the next day.
The next day we called again and they said they would forward a reminder the next day- this drama has been going on till now, and the AC has not budged.
