I am Brijesh, I found the Godrej customer support being worst experience i ever had from any of the customer service departments, firstly they again and again ask for same details for one single complaint, secondly, their technicians never come will visit soon on time, Ac was bought just before 1 month only .
I placed a service request on 28th Jun, and its been more than two weeks, still what they replying is" technician will visit soon", but still i didn't got any call of any technician.

Lattely i came to know that seller had sent us for third party person for intallation my AC so make aware about this also and take this seriouseness that how this happen so anyway that is for your awareness .

Ac was bought just before a month but the critical issues having in product so need to visit some one and make your goodwill of product ..

Nature of complaint - indoor and outdoor machine has very noise .

Please be aware of Godrej executives they are unable to solve the complaint and only promises will be made. be aware before you purchase Godrej appliances

I register this complaint in hope that Godrej superiors will contact me on my registered mobile number and visit my address as well.

Had purchased 3 Split ACs in march 2020. however, all were installed only in may-june 2020. Cooling these 3 split ACs always remained less in comparision to 4 godrej ACs purchased in 2019.

Now the 3 ACs are malfunctioning as there is no cooling at all. Cooling issue admitted by the service center person. However, the issue has not been resolved.

the 2020 model is ridiculous.

If not resolved within a week, I will be constrained to exercise my legal rights.

I have purchased godrej ac 27/4/2019. But 15 days many problem create and not cooling ac, godrej ac technician visit on our house and said next day our technician visit our technician. Next day technision is come in my house and gas full up in ac, and next day again not cooling air conditioner machine. Please immediately change this air conditioner.

Our ac was not working from feb 5. We informed the authorised service centre on next day. But we got poor service from your service centre.
After two days one person came.
Problem is outside board damaged.
After two weeks two person came and bring one board for replace. But it was interior board. So they can't do the complaint. They said it will clear it in 5 days. But nobody come here till. We are living in kollam kerala. This time is very hot in kerala. So we face very difficult without ac. So please do the arrangement for proper servicing as early as possible. We complained in chennai also. Sorry to say that we got bad servicing from your centres.

My window ac. Plc sensor area not working. Its temperature is neither going up nor coming down, i called the godej service engineer he repair the ac and taken money after 2 days later the situation is same. Again the plc is not working. This is the type of service godrej is giving to its costumer. Very disgusting service. They are simply looting the people,
They neither giving sevice nor they are capable for repairing ac

When we bought an AC from Godrej , we were promised that the AC would be immediately installed .
However, it has been over one month but there has been no installation.
More than 5 people have visited our home , but they either have no welding machine, no ply wood or something else or the other.
It is really troublesome that such a reputed company like Godrej cannot promise what they deliver.

Its second time that i am facing issues with the lack of service from godrej company,
Last time it took 25 days for them to send them a technician as i had reported a fault in the AC,
However this time i reported a free service maintenance on 6th of july'11, TIll now there is no one reported to Provide me free service, Service call number - 621943 & 621942,
The worst part is whenever i dialled there number - It doesn't connect & gives message that they are busy
I am amused by the services provided by this brand,

Company has promised me 3 free services,
However i am struggling to get my first free service,

According to the macanic AC compresser is not proper work. AC is purchase are 2008.Mob. no is [protected] so please contact any problem.

I have Purchased Godrej Split AC 1.5 TON dt 23/1/2011.from Reliance Digital Banjarahills Hyderabad.Same got delivered dt:25/1/11 as per my instructions.Installation from Reliance digital came on 26/1/11 Found that Remote Was Missing and installation cannot be completed with out Remote.After N no of follow-ups I received Remote from Outlet which is not a right one to this model.After 13 days of purchasing AC not Lucky enough even to switch on AC. 3/2/11 received AC which is not a New one.But the Technician Confirmed that There is a problem in the AC as Compressor is not Switching on.

Even after 14 days after purchse of AC not able to use it.

we purchased 2 Godrej SPLIT Acs in May 2010. out of 2 ACs, one AC - GSC18FP3WIZ (2 ton) is not cooling as much compare to the other AC.

Pls send you engineer to get it checked & rectified.

Dear Ms. Sharma,

This has reference to my letter dated 19th Jan, 2010 and the subsequent discussion I had with you and your letter dated 27th Jan, 2010.

I thank you for your sincere regret and acknowledgement of inconvenience caused to me due to the defective and substandard AC manufactured by Godrej and sold and supplied through Vani Electronics, Bhayander and the deficient, discourteous and unprofessional services provided thereafter during the continuance of the AMC.

During the period of warranty you have neglected and failed to provide any service inspite of repeated requests and reminders even though the price of product includes the price of services during the period of warranty. After expiry of the warranty period the AMC charges of Rs.2400/-under comprehensive maintenance were collected by representing that complete care and maintenance will be undertaken during the period of contract. After collecting and appropriating the charges we received a printed receipt for Rs.2360/- in September, 2008. you have dishonestly misappropriated Rs.40/- which ought to have been refunded to me or adjusted in the charges for the current year.

After willful misrepresentation and dishonest inducement of complete care under Comprehensive maintenance, we are now being informed that the AMC excludes parts and accessories. The exclusions were fraudulently concealed and suppressed with a mala fide and preplanned dishonest intention to defraud and collect the AMC charges.

The unethical & deceptive business practices followed by Godrej as a corporate entity and the irresponsive and unprofessional attitude of your employees after collecting & misappropriating the AMC charges is shocking and unbelievable.

Even after receipt of my letter dated of 19th ultimo on 21st the refund amount is not paid which was promised to be received by me shortly.

I once again request you to replace / rectify the defects within seven days from the date hereof failing which I shall be compelled to scrap the machine and initiate suitable legal action against the Company/ Directors for fraud and misappropriation and further damages for causing the inconvenience and mental agony, entirely at your risks as to cost, expenses and consequences.

Sir,
Sorry to inform you that one AC was purchased by me in month of may invoice no 932930 dt 20 /5 2009. After installation it worked for just few hours than it stopped cooling .we complained at repair centre on mobile no [protected] . Engineers visits twice or Thrice time to repair they couldn’t fine the problem at last they changed the compressor saying that compressor is not working . Again the Ac was not doing cooling we complained on same number than they refilled the gas twice during these days the whole summer is passed AC was not cooling and the electric panel was not working .The auto cut system was also not working .Any how in the whole summer we get some hour cooling .
Again after a month suddenly AC stopped working .Now we again complained on same mobile no. five days back one engineer visited our house after giving them two or three reminders .The electricity was not there during the engineer’s visit and he went back saying that he will come again on Monday. But not came till today .Now my 9 year son asked me from where we purchased such AC . I don’t have any answer . My AC is not repaired till date .Now as I am not satisfied with working of AC .So either you replace or refund the money or last option is that I should go to consumer court.

i bought first time indian brand AC but i think my decision was very bad.
can we improve services of our indian company, if we can't win the faith of indians then what about others,
i made so many calls to the customers care and deler but response was very negligble.

I purchased my AC on 20 May 2008. The display PCB of my AC is not working. I made complaint on 14-Apr-09 with complaint no-266818 & on 28-Apr-09 with complaint No-269773. During the complaint my AC was in warranty.The serviceman came & told that diplay PCB to be changed, but ot is not in stock. After that I am constantly chasing them & customercare also but evrytime they say it is not in stock. It is more than 50 days.Now it is the top of summers & I am facing much problem. Please sort it.

I bought a GODREJ A/C (Window 1.5 ton) from Ashoka Trading company, faridabad.

When I opened the piese for installation at my home, I found that Electronic Display unit and remote sensing unit is not present. Without these two parts the AC cannot run. I chased this up with dealer and Godrej customer care, but neither the company is willing to provide these missing units nor the dlaer is replacing the AC. My money has gone. I have a real AC which cannot run.

Is there anything which can be done to teach these people a lesson?

we are having electronics showroom in MANSA . JIWAN ELECTRONICS are the DISTRIBUTORS for godrej products as well as they are having AC service centre also but they are not provided proper service to their custmors .we have sold two ac to SATISH KUMAR & SANDEEP KUMAR both acs are having compresser problem .regisring no.of times no actoin has been taken. Now we are going to file case against Jiwan Electronics Bathinda
