[Resolved] Godrej Appliances - Split Air Conditioners — Non adherence to service contract. | |||
I have purchased two split Air Conditioners manufactured by Goderej from Kohinoor Video Vision,Dombivli(E) in April 2009. After inial warranty period of one year in April 2010 the company sales staff pursuaded me to enter into service contract for four years upto April 2014 by paying Rs8000/- for two ACs.The company serviced the two ACs for one year upto 2011 and has stopped servicing since then .On contacting their call center only fals pomises are given. Even the executives of the company at their Head Office give fals promises.They do not talk about refunding the money Paid by me for remaining period of contract.They do not give any complaint number either.It is therefore difficult to prove the telephonic conversation with the company staff What is the remedy?
