[Resolved]  Godrej — godrej bureau door is not properly locking

I purchased a godrej bureau on 11/05/2009. On the day of delivery, I found the door was not properly fitting on closing. I told it to the person who delivered it, then he adjusted some how on spot and went. Immediate next day i found the same problem. I went to the shop and complained. After a few days, the same person came and adjusted with news papers under the bureau(I was not at home, my wife was there), and went. But, still the problem not solved. I complained again and again on going to shop a number of times and over phone. They are saying floor level may not good, but the floor level is perfect. They not sending any people. Adjust with papers is not proper solution.As it is reputed brand, I invested Rs. 16000/- on it which is four times higher than local made product. Please help me in this regard and do the needful. I have purchased a godrej bureau 4 Months back. On delivery i found the door was not properly fitted and has problem locking the bureau. Everyone purchase the godrej for its lock and commitment to the customer. On the day of delivery, I found the door was not properly fitting on closing. I told it to the person who delivered it, then he adjusted some how on spot and went. Immediate next day i found the same problem. I went to the dealer (Saradha Agencies - Velachery Chennai and complained. the person from ambattur came and adjusted with tighening the screw on the lock pad. I was not there and my inlaw was there and they said its working now and left. when i came back i found still the handle in the lock pad keeps dropped and the handle was loose which does not properly fit to the bureau. still the problem not solved. I complained again and again and the customer service was very poor. when you step in to the shop to buy some thing they will give the fullest sales service to sell things and what ever they say is written in the water but they wont stand behind the product. As a reputed brand, I have spend Rs. 16000/- on it. and it is very costlier than other products. Please help me in this regard and do the needful. Details are given below. Thank you.
I have the same problem too. Better to buy a different brand other than going to godrej
Very poor customer service and the product quality is not good
Better spending on different product
Godrej will never stand behind their product.

If they feel they need to have a good customer service
they should respond.
