[Resolved]  Godrej — Not getting support from Godrej customer support Hyderabad

I purchased one spilt godrejAC1.5 ton fromRaj electronics of Bhubaneswar, in the month of Feb2008.Till today no service engineer has come to inquire about the AC.As a rule the filter and other parts are to be cleaned and certified but i am sorry to say that the after sale service of the product is very poor.I request you to send some one to do the servicing of my air conditioner.

I am sriram from chennai, recently (5 months back) i purchased a godrej 1.5 ton split AC from chennai. It worked for only 10 days and no cooling after that. I called customer care and they cam for repair and filled the gas. Last month i faced the same problem, since its under warranty they again came for refilling the gas.
With in 5 months i refilled the gas for 2 times. i dont think godrej is not manufacturing a quality AC and customer support is also worst.

I request everybody not to go for godrej AC.

Godrej — defective part in fridge not replaced since 2004

fridge was purchaced in 2004 [godrej ]. on instalation day it self it was shown that the freezer door have tint to the concern who has made demo to us by errecting the fridge. he has also make a note in their report. but till date it was not replaced . i have written somany letters&also informed over phone, but not responced by them so for .pl arrange for the same.

Godrej — Utility Tray missing as per warranty card

I have purchased a Godrej Refrigaretor from Anandamela, G.T.Road Parcas Road Junction Burdwan-713101 vide Product Code 2C5CYY Model No. GFE28CFCYN Cabinet&Compressor No. [protected], bill was against my father's Name :- Haraprosad Mukherjee 242, Khalui Bilar Math (1st Lane) Burdwan-713101 in which utility tray is missing according to the warrenty card which I have complaint after purchasing it but no message from Godrej Customer Care after complaing in net, and also a Godrej Customer Care Executive told us that in a column there it is given that all the part which are given in the warrenty card may not be available for all model but I told him how can I know that this is not for my product and I am sure it should be attached with my product because a self is there for it if the utility tray is not given to my product so why the utility tray self is there, I also told in both ways that if you are not supplying that tray give a written document this is not available for my model which they have not yet provided.

As per customer service one customer care executive came to our house when I was not at home and they
taken comments that Product is ok with a signature from my father who is a aged person and doesn't have much idea about it they force him to sign.

My family is struggling without customer care support from Godrej. Our fridge is not working and complained about it. After long long waiting they came after months. Charged about thousand rupees and gone. But the problem is still there. Again we approached the customer care of Godrej. Again one gentle man came after long waiting. He came and explained that they are not having enough facilities to repair it. If we are able to carry it to a place, which is about 20 KM away from our place, they will 'try' to repair it. See, we are living in Kochi City. They are unable to repair our fridge even after waiting for months. What can I do?
If anybody is able to help, pls call[protected] and advice.

Even after making payments, they are unable to fix the problem with out fridge.

I have purchased godrej 1.5 ton Window AC from Vasanth&co, Chennai 10 months back.After installation the first has been done only after 9 months. Then after 5 days, the compressor gone! even with the Stabilizer working in the good condition.It is very disgusting that a company of such reputation is having such a very bad product. We have contacted G.K.Aircons the authorised service center for Godrej AC. After repeated calling and pleading the technical person came and took away the unit.Still no proper response from them and we have pass on this hot summer without AC.
I Strongly recommend everybody not to go for godrej AC.

I unfortunately have purchased a godrej Spilt Air condition last year & since then I regret whenever I have to call the service centre & dealers.I had earlier escalated the case & only then I got solution to my problems.
This time again you giving terrible time to me & my family members.
As we were shifting our house from Mahim to Wadala, we needed to dismantle the Spilt AC from our old house & reinstall it in our new house.
after calling some 10 times to your service centre, they directed me to your dealer with whom the communication is so damn irritating.
This dealer finally came to dismantle the AC but could not do it the same day because he didnot have the vehicle.Inspite explaining him that me & my husband are only off on saturdays & sundays he came unprepared.We had to wait 4 more days for this person to complete the process.
Now I really dont know where to get intouch for reinstalling because it is impossible to talk to your people.I am talking on this number :[protected] since almost a month now.
Please look into the matter asap & please arrange to send someone tommorow because I am only off tommorow & can't wait for another week for this.

I could never imagine that Godrej brand can do like this. Godrej customer service is not at all quite satisfactory. I lodge complaint against my refrigerator on 18/04/2009. On 19/04/2009 a person visited at our residence we offered him 1250 rupees for repairing our freeze. No action has been taken in this regard yet. I think they have no ear to hear our voice. Daily I lodge complaint against my freeze. A lady said we are sending technician today. 5 days has been passed no body is coming. I think local technician is much better than godrej technician. I[censored] peole are reading this message can you please send somebody in this hot season so that I could have chill water and fresh vegetables.

Not getting support from Godrej customer support Delhi

We purchased a Godrej Treasure Chest Electronic Safe. Now its lock not working properly. We log the complaint on 17th April 09 at Godrej Customer Support centre. Complaint No. is 117131. Till date I continue follow up with customer care guys and they didn’t provide us a solution. Customer Support No.[protected] and Ms. Pawar and Ms. Vandana not giving proper support. Please help.
