Godrej Fridge — Compressor Faulty

I purchased a Godrej 430 lts refrigerator in Nov 2003 with a warranty of 5 years . In Dec 2008 the compressor stopped working as per the report of Godrej's own technician. I also had an AMC for 4 years and the fridge was working on stabiliser supplied by Godrej.

I ran from pillar to post but i ended up always with call center numbers who just does not have any clue other then giving you a complaint number or saying that they are forwaridng the complaint to the service center. Till date my fridge is not working and the NOIDA service center people are not bothered.

I EARNESTLY REQUEST ALL PEOPLE NOT TO BUY ANY GODREJ PRODUCT EVER OR YOU WILL END UP RUNNING AROUND THE CALL CENTER PEOPLE WHICH GODREJ PEOPLE HAVE SMARTLY TRAINED TO THWART ANY TYPE OF QUERIES AND TO REPLY DUMBLY FOR ANY OF YOUR QUESTIONS.
