[Resolved] Godrej Fridge — not cooling | |||
On complaint a technician came and he changed 3 parts got Rs 3450 and left. Fridge didnt work as the air vent closed due to icing. second person came after 3 days and did something and collected Rs. 200. a third team came and did something and collected Rs 60.Now the company told the timer to be changed. They have changed the timer and I paid Rs. 800 for it.Complaining daily for the last 45 days.complaint no.18660 &174840 chennai.When will my fridge get repaired? Was this information helpful? | |||

Godrej Refrigerator Matrix 215lts — No cooling
Hi,This is M.Ramesh Kannan calling you from trichy. I have bought Godrej Refrigrator on 22/10/2005 from Sharptronic 215 lts Matrix type and few months back ie, on 5/12/09 there was problem in cooling so i called you and made repairs and changed Gas and other works are carried out and you have Charged me Rs 1800(one thousand eight hundred) but it is not even 6 months the same fault has occured, again problem in cooling.so i want to attend this fault as early as possible and make your customer satisfied.Herewith i have furnished my address and phone number for the contact.

We have one fridge of godrej made of 165 ltrs capacity. Some parts are required of it such as-1.Glass cover of veg. tray.
2.Plastic tray keeping out side for to coolect ds-frost water of fridge.
