[Resolved]  Godrej Refrigerator — MAKING NOISE

Dear sir,
My name is DR.A.Farook.Iam residing in chennai.My native village is at pallapatti which is about 30kilometers from karur belonging to karur district.I bought a refrigerator at VELAVAN ELECTRONICS on 30/12/2010 at karur.It is a double door refrigerator MODEL NO.GFE 3202 UNIT SR NO. S[protected]
Refrigerator has 2 problems:
1) The door has multiple scratches
2) Refrigerator was making lot of noise- may be from compressor.
Immediately I complained about this to the VELAVAN ELECTRONICS.They sent service people. 2sets of people came.They changed the door but they said the noise is a normal sound from the refrigerator and they cannot do anything.Before I had godrej refrigerator which did not make any noise.At present I have one at my consulting room which is also not making any noise.In my home I have refrigerator of samsung & hitachi companies which also make no noise.In the past 2months I have been trying to contact the VELAVAN ELECTRONICS regarding this problem, but no body gave me responsible answer.
On 6/4/2011 from chennai I got the phone no of service personnel. Their contact no being[protected].They told me that they will be sending me a person to examine my fridge at pallapatti on 11/4/2011 at my request.So from chennai I went to my native place on 11/4/2011 but nobody turned up 2days later some person called me overpone and asked me about the problem.Then he kept the phone down. My complain no is 312348.On 14/4/2011 iI received a SMS saying my service call 312348 is completed, job has been done successfully.
without visiting my place and seeing my refrigerator they simply gave the sms. From this you can understand that they do not want to rectify the problem.Inorder to escape from the problem,they simply gave a fake sms saying that they have rectified the problem.
I request you to look into this matter, and change the refrigerator, because it is giving a lot of mental agony.I need your help in this regard at the earliest.Please acknowledge the receipt of this mail.
