[Resolved]  Godrej/ Washing Machine — Bad performance of New washing machine

I am Radhakrishnan from Kerala, presently living in Chennai , since 1988. I am very much satisfied in using Godrej Home appliances like Fridge (PENTACOOL), Washing M/C, Split AC, Mixer & Wet Grinder etc. Being a successful user of Godrej products , I insist my parents to buy products from only Godrej. They are aged people, living alone in Kerala, believe my words and buying only Godrej products.They were satisfied by using Godrej’s Fridge “ PENTACOOL”.
In 28th November 2009 They were purchased a Fully Automatic Washing M/C , a Product of Godrej, from NEXT showroom, Cheruplaserri, Palakkad district, Kerala. But soon after two months from the Purchase date , machine start to give problem and stopped working. They complaints several times (almost 20 times), the company’s service technicians were coming , rectifying and the machine will start working for some days and will get damaged again . During the service, once they were replaced the main Circuit Board. But there is no noticeable improvement were observed.
Since last six months the machine is not working . My frustrated parents calling me and ask me to do something for this. I am very much fed up with this and started doubting about the goodwill of Godrej products. So I humbly request you to replace the machine, so that my aged parents will be happy and satisfied.
