I have purchased a washing machine godrej gws 6502 ppc semi automatic top loading on 01 november 2015. Recently it is noticed that wash wheel is not functioning. After checking of technician of godrej coy it was found that wash machine is required to replace. Technician told that wash motor which is under warranty and can replace only after produce of warranty card. But unfortunately the warranty card has been misplaced by me. I have only...

As i am calling the service centre people from last four months but they promise to come but never turned up. After my getting annoyed they visited once but didn't solve the problem saying that we will come after few days but again never turned up. They are pathetic people waiting for my amc to get over. This has been repeated many times before also. Kindly improve your services or else you need to suffer one day....

The person who had come for repair by name vinod contact no [protected] doesn't no to speak and even after giving the details address he was he went without doing the repair. He was roude and was not using language which a service engineer are supposed to us. Very bad experience from godrej. Person who had called don't even speak a good language and don't attend the complaints...

I am complaing repeatedly from 16/10/18 till05/11/18 in cousromer care and service centre but they are not coming to attend the problemi. E e12 problem is ocurring and they are saying it is not possible to attend your complain.
Its spare part is not available my machine model is 2012.
Plz do attend the problem as soon as possible.

We have registered complaint on toll free no. Vide z[protected] dated18/08/2018, no z[protected] dated 20/08/2018, & no. Z[protected] dated24/08/2018, but no technician visited but message received job is completed. The service centre incharge mrs. Priti gupta is also making false report i am sending today but the technician not reached. This is horrible. Now today we have also filed complaint vide no. Z[protected] dated 29/08/2018.

I bring to your kind notice the sad state of affairs in customer care support for Godrej Washing machines. I have a semi automatic washing machines from Godrej purchased on 18th February 2014. A complaint was lodged with customer care on 8th August and visited your engineer 2 times and one time I paid Rs. 985.00 for repair and 2nd time (21.08.2018) I have not paid to your engineer but machine is not working properly. 2 times he didn't work...

Facing too many problems with washing machine continuously every time when washing. One time water flowing in will flow out, suspension rods problems, sensor problems every time some issue. Up on complaints, technicians are coming and replacing parts unnecessarily they too know it is defective but still show casing not even helping us for replacement or exchange talking irresponsible.. The water flowing in was flowing out immediately, clothes not getting washed. I made a complaint at 7.45pm, and technician arrived by 8.30pm!!! He turned the machine on its side and fiddled with a springy part that was stuck, and hey presto, problem solved, machine starts to work! MACHINE WAS DEFECTIVE AND REPLACED WITH ANOTHERONE WHICH IS ALSO DEFECTIVE.
