[Resolved] Godrej/washing Machine — machine parts get damaged

i have purchased a godrej dreamwash washing machine 5 years back.. but after few weeks machine stopped functioning..... when i have done complaint the dealer didn't send any mechanic for 3 months. after 3 months he told that the motor of yr machine has been damaged/ when i told him about replace he refused it, what should i do now?& he had not given me bill also. i have made full payment by cheques? so please suggest me what should i do now? please................................... I dont who is that fellow is in in charge for Bangalore office...godrej our own company has doing that fellow. my compliant no 917386(Karnataka) Bangalore.560001 you are Bangalore office No [protected]. i will give the compliant 19th november 2009 Technician will come 21November he told 23rd November fix it some material .& then 25th November he call somebody in u r bangalore service center in charge he told material is not available 28th november fix it sir.irresponsible fellow.

Pls do the action immediately otherwise Closing & lock it u r godrej compamy.
