[Resolved]  Godrej/washing Machine — speed of agitator

I am Mrs.Sujata Kamble from Sanpada ,Navi Mumbai,purchased Godrej Semi Automatic Washing Machine(6.2Kg) in sept.2009,having a warranty period of 2 years.Intially when the product was delivered,It had a cracks on the outer fibre body,I repeatedly asked them to replace it but it took nearly 26 days for them to replace it but nobody turned out to demonstrate after repeated request.I learned it myself.Before the warranty period gets over ,Godrej staff called me for the renewal of warranty period, I renewed it.In last 2 months, I complained about the speed of agitator,one technician came and cleaned the washing machine,immediate next day,another technician came,he changed the rubber,after that replacement,the wash tub started making unbearable noise ,again I complaint about the noise,after 4 days,again new technician came & replaced the motor,which not only reduced the noise but also the speed of agitator.The washing machine which has a capacity to wash the clothes of about 6kg,now has a capacity of washing only 2 clothes which hardly weighs 500gms.Again I made complaint on 1st Dec.2011 about the same,but till date nobody has come forward to repair it,only I got a call,"Senior Technician will visits you today " but nobody visited .My complaint is about speed of agitator in the wash tub.
Was replacement necessary to increase the speed of agitator?Why Godrej has given a contract to local Technician for their own products.Such a Poor & Ridiculous service from Godrej was unexpected.

Godrej/washing machine — Defective Supply, Bad Service, Rude Behaviours, Machine is still with Godrej after 25 days

Hi

I have purchase a washing machine[protected]. When machine arrives with me there was no warranty card available in the box. Delivery man told us that the installation engineer will come along with warranty card.

When installation engineer came for installation he told me that i am from service center given to private party i do not have reach on warranty card etc. I can install
the machine and show you the demonstration.

After 10 days drier of the machine stop's working. I lodge complaint on service center after 2 days engineer told me that this was plastic part broken so it will
not cover under warranty i will inform to our office and raise the indents of a part
when this part will available i will inform you.

Next day i am receiving a message from call center that your complaint has
been solved. thanks for believing in GODREJ. I instantly contacted how this
complaint is solved when the machine is not repaired. He told us that you
are not interested to pay the money for plastic part so we can not repair
your machine.

I said i am 100% ready to pay , nor you have nor engineer given any estimate to me for repair how you can say i am not ready or not ready. Then he told me i can not give you the cost what ever will be the cost you have to pay I was feeling very
depressed that a national level company is not giving any budget for repair and
tell me what ever i will say , you have to pay (is't not an example of blackmail).

As a victim i said ok. i will pay you repair my machine then on[protected] engineer came and told that you have to pay Rs. 650/- I paid and asked when you will delver my machine. He told me that you will get your machine today evening.

But this is[protected] i am still waiting for my machine..

in today's world i am also working an IT company which deal's with international client I do not even dream a bad remark from our customer. Company will take my job next day if i will earn a single bad remark for my company.

It's imaging how these company is running or they just based on gimmicks of there share prices up n down. they do not have to worry for customer , I guess a day will come when the godrej like company will disappear from the national level if they will not think about his poor governance.

They are able to provide his sales man a script to play before customer so that he can bag the order. they are unable to provide any script to there engineer's or there service people how to interact with the customer who is already suffering from the poor service capability
