[Resolved] Goibibo.com — non receipt of refund amount | |||
1. I tried to book airtickets through the goibibo.com website for Mumbai - Indore sector on Jan 22, 2012, but the transaction failed, as I did not get any confirmation. When I enquired at ibibo, I was told no booking has been completed. However, an amount of Rs 4496 was debited from my account. The transaction details appearing in my bank acct are MHDF[protected]-IBIBO.COM [protected] 22 Jan 2012 4496.00 2. I again tried on Jan 26, and I was successful in booking the ticket (same passengers / same date / same flight). The transaction details for this successful transaction are : MHDF[protected]-IBIBO.COM [protected] 26 Jan 2012 4496.00 I have been asking for a refund for the failed transaction above since Feb 2012, and have written 6-8 emails to IBIBO. They have been telling me that the refund has been delayed due to technical difficulties, and will be made in a few days. However, even after 4 months, I have not recieved the refund. GoIbibo — Non refund of Amount
I booked two tickets to Mumbai from Indore using GoIbibo, on the reference of one of my friends. The booking for tickets was done for travel on 24th May. But due to certain reasons the airlines cancelled the flight. When I called the airlines they told me that they have cancelled the flights and the entire amount has been refunded back to the Service Provide(GOIBIBO). I waited for 1-2 weeks for the amount to be refunded back to my account, but to my horror, it was not done. When I tried to contact GoIbibo, first of all their service is the most pathetic of all. I got my call picked after around 50 calls, and then was told that the money would be refunded back... Now it's been a month, and they are not refunding back the amount. And not picking up the call also.Pleae if anyone help in this case.
