We Have Invested Big Money In Golden Forest (india) ltd..Now The Date Of maturity Is due ,But No Money Received yet.Please Tell us how we can Receive our's Invested money back , the company Was Issued us Post dated Cheques And Garnteed deed Of LAND , We dont know what we do , Please do the need full actions .

I invested my money in the golden forest india limited under receipt no. LS/95/118182 dtd. 03/08/95 by the name of Preeti Sharma. ZONE-2. My A/C No. 01/9/LSC183506. My amount maturity date is 04/07/01 under enrolment no. 310464 & Cheque issued by company SB Patiala, Panchkula Branch. I submitted cheque 2-3 times, but no sufficient balance in Company's A/c & return the same. But till the date i have not received my amount of Rs. 15,000/- with interest. I Corrosponded with company by Registered AD, post office remarked the company closed since long time.

No one is responding to so many questions.What is the use of this site.I had invested two lakh out of my service gratuty. Maturity is over.But no payment. Than ks to the Govt of India for taking action on the directeive given by the honourable high court.
