I have invested Rs 5000 in favour of my sister MRS KUMARI S.N for a period of 10 years under Golden Projects Limited ( A private Limited company), Reg. officeChandigarh, EXT - NH -22, Chandigarh- Delhi highway, near Ambala, Teh.Rjupura, Distt. Patiala ( Panjab), Head office: SCO 835, Golden complex, Manimara Chandigarh. Accordingly the Co. had issued receipt cum allotment letter and a post dated Cheque. the details are as under
1. Receipt cum allotment letter No. 96/ 733 dt. 13/08/1996, St. no. AG 96- 253/ 777777 dt. 13/08/1996.
2. Post dated cheque No. 05/ 95A 2577286 DT. 18/07/2006 for Rs. 50000.00 drawn on VIJAYA BANK, Sector -17, Chandigarh.
3. I have not deposit this cheque in my a/c due we already sent a regd.letter to the chairman comette golden forest india ltd.but till date we not got any information.
fund. Now it is a great problem to all investors to get the matured value from the company.
Kindly suggest what procedure shall be adopted to get the money back from the said company.

Patiala ( Panjab), Head office: SCO 835, Golden complex, Manimara Chandigarh. Accordingly the Co. had issued receipt cum allotment letter and a post dated Cheque. the details are as under.

2. Post dated cheque No. 2594465dt.29/11/2001 for Rs. 15000.00 drawn on VIJAYA BANK, Sector -17, Chandigarh.
3. I have deposited the same cheque in Vijaya Bank In Mumbai on 01/12/2001, after few days I Confirmed that no sufficient balance in your fund.
4. I asked some of Your agents how to get the money, unfortunately the reply was forget.
5. Now I came to know from the site that there is a chance to get back the money.
7. Now I do not have the cheque.
8. I have an Allotment letter, in this letter I have alloted 225sq.Ft.plot in Vill-Nari, Tahesil &Dist-Hosiarpur.
9. Kindly suggest what procedure shall be adopted to get the money back from the said company.

the enrolment no.208081, my acknowledgement receipt no is 877201 B dated 14/12/2000.
In vew of the above I like to know status of my fund & how long I have to wait for redemption, Eagerly waiting for your revert.
