Dear Sir,
If some one can help please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have sent two mails with the below contents to "[protected]@irctc.co.in" ... but there is no response.. The train got cancelled due to non of my faults... but still my refund has not been done.
I have filed a TDR on 3rd july 2011 and yet to rceive my refund after 90 days. Please find below the Details:

Thanks a lot Mangal... I dont think that anyone will still help me in railways...
upon sending mail you should, i think, get an auto acknowledgement and complaint number. keep following up.
if they say they have already transferred the amount, then ask them to furnish transaction id thereof. WHY TO GIVE UP SO EASILY when you have proof for buying the ticket for journey which railway cancelled.

in your mail you can mention [protected]@... not responding.

I did it... I have already sent twice to tdprocess but no result... now i sent to the mail provided by you i got an acknoledgement... thats great at least i got some response...Thanks a lot for the help... railways are really pathetic...

As I have booked e Ticket wide PNR No [protected] on Dt 09.06.2012
for Date of Journey was 13.06.2012 from Jaipur to Mumbai (BDTS). Unfortunately at
the time of Chart Prepared Partially Confirmed/Wait listed And Wait listed
Passenger Did Not Travel.( Out of Total booked ticket for two and only one ticket was confirmed and one ticket is eligible for refund )
I have file TDR for the wait listed cancelled ticket on 14.06.2012 (Reference No:
ekt[protected]) but no refund has been received till date. So you are kindly
requested to do the need-full and oblige.
