sir,
i bought a black slippers from growthways trading pvt. ltd.(yepme.com) on[protected].have made online payment through pnb debit card,.since[protected] the concerned company representative are giving unsatisfactory response,these r d person name whom i spoke with:miss heena,mr.pramod,mr.himanshu and few more.. on[protected] ,i received d product .but,i ordered for size 10 and they have sent me size 9.

I am Senthil Nathan KT([protected]@gmail.com). I bought a shoe of size 9. And I usually use yep me to buy shoes. This is my 6th shoe which I am purchased in yep me.com This time, the shoe didn't suits my foot. Then, I tried to return the shoe. But the courier charge is around 600. bought the shoe for 400. I am afraid to buy another shoe in Yep me. Phone number is [protected] and order number is 16432190.
I ordered watches twice from Yepme and both cases I am informed that the courier returned back to Yepme un delivered.
I receive all the orders placed to other online retailers and given address is clear and not far from the courier offices.
Also telephone number was provided but no one informed about the parcel.
I requested for a refund but only I am receiving that the refund is initiated but the money is not received to the account.

Yepme app gives a message that 50 reward points will be credited for every successful transaction. I have ordered five times since may 2016, but no reward points have been credited till now. I'm Manuj Shankar from Economic Times. I'm a media person, so I'd be taking this issue very seriously. On Sunday evening i:e 2nd July 2017, I placed an order of printed brown kurta of the size- XL on Yepme.com. The payment was made by me through HDFC Bank debit card.Post the transaction, I as usual got an SMS from my bank, which I still have with me that the amount of Rs 370, the cost of kurta has been debited, for which if I'll seek my bank's help, the bank too will stand with its record of transaction, but the Yepme people post the placement of order and money withdrawal didn't provide me order details like the Order Id, its date of delivery etc. It is a blatant cheating on the part of the company. Why I'm reporting this to Growthways Trading as while providing the PIN, the bank mentioned the Growthways Trading Private Ltd name, which indicates the said transaction in the company's name. After that, I made several efforts to contact yepme, but all my efforts proved futile as my dozen of calls went unattended. I somewhow managed to get the complaint number without Order Id on Sunday, the number of which is : 3016038, but no one from Yepme contacted me. This is absolutely unprincipal and morally wrong, which would be raised in the media circle, if the needful is not done by your company soon. I'm Manuj Shankar, the person whose mail figures above, but my issue pertaining to the previous issue has been resolved with the successful delivery of my product for which I'd like to thank Growthways Trading and Yep me, but today i:e 13th July 2017, I placed another order on Yepme for a green colour kurta of the size XL, named: Jasper Ethnic Kurta, the cost of which is Rs 380/- and the payment for which has been made by me through debit card. The company has again not provided me the Order details like Order Id, delivery date. I therefore request on this forum, to ask Yepme for providing me the Order details of the product, so that I can track the status of my order. I'm Manuj Shankar. Sorry the amount for the kurta mentioned in my aforementioned mail is of Rs 386 not Rs 380. I mistyped as Rs 380 in my above mail.Kindly inform yepme to provide me the order details of the kurta as early as possible as am finding it something very wrong on the part of the company.

Hello: I'm Manuj Shankar from Economic Times, whose mails are figuring above. I've placed an order on Yepme.com of the cost Rs 434/' but facing again the same problem about which I reported for the earlier orders.I do not know why Yepme is following such wrong practices for not providing order details to customers post their placing an order on its site. I'm finding it absolutely unethical and will raise this issue this time in the media, so that such wrong practices can be put to an end. Not only this company does not bother to talk to its customers over the phone, this company also does not find it important to acknowledge the concerns of its customers through mail. When I failed to establish any contact with Yepme, I wrote a mail to it on [protected]@yepme.com and this company didn't bother to acknowledge even my mail. Now this time I'm going to bring its this practice into focus in media circles, so that it can keep a check on itself.
