My residential address is 256, Raj Danga main road “Karmi Abas” 4th floor flat no- 4B Kasba Kolkata- 700107 located near Rubi general Hospital Just opposite building of Gitanjali Stadium. My flat is blocked only by north side but I face signal problem inside my flat as well as outside of flat. Now I discuss my problem below – 1. Fluctuation of signal (10 to 15 times in an hour). 2. I cannot hear the voice of opposition clearly (Problem: Breaking sound) when I call from my hand set “Videocon V-1604” 3. I also use your 2G internet service by using “Micromax MMX 352G”3G dangle but when I connect to internet the web pages can’t open while the sending and receiving data rate is 5kbps to 10 kbps and 30 to 40 kbps respectively. 4. I also suffering from call dropping problem I was trying to complain it from 12.05.2011 but your customer care executive cannot take my complain at last at 25.08.2011 customer care executive docket my complain. Then I get a complain number NWK[protected]. I also complained through online complain at [protected]@tatadocomo.com on 24.08. 2011 at 8:32p.m.. Then please inform me the proper way to docket about my problem You will requested to observe my problem with your kind consideration. I discussed my problem on 28/08/2011. 1. After my series of complaints somebody from your nodal office contact with me and told we can’t solve this type of problem until our new tower is being installed there. They given back Rs.20 and I don’t know why he has returned? If you unable to give the service of internet, then you return me the whole amount of Rs.65 which is recharge on12/05/2011 & also on 20/08/2011. They have closed the complaint without my concern. 2. Your customer care executive is telling about sim replacement/duplicate and saying it will be free of cost but on 12/05/2011, the docomo care of south city mall charge me Rs.49 for duplicate issue.
