Note- I suresh kumar had booked ticket through above mentioned agent , unfortunately i had cancelled my journey due to some problem and communicated to the agent also before 15 days of journey to cancel my ticket but agent had not cancelled my ticket and returning my money.

So I request you to take some action aganist him after confirming yhe details
given by me and help me in getting my money back.

Dear sir,

yesterday i Juz book a Bus ticket ( JUNAGADH to AHMEDABAD CBS 1). . but when i go to the bus station with the printed e ticket, i got aninformation from the enquiery room, "the bus (JUNAGADH to DEESA) was cancelled one month before. .. i need to attend an interview on that day, but due to this circumstances, i didnt attend the interview. i didnt get any new ticket also..

so sir, pls tell me, what i want to do, if anything happen ??? this is not only my problem, , , if the bus is cancelled before one month, then why they reserve my ticket on a cancelled bus?? why they didnt told me about this?? how can i get my money back?? pls help me sir, and do the necessary against this kind of issues... for your kind information i am here by attaching my ticket. details are given below:-

I booked a ticket from Bhuj to ahmedabad on 7-11-12 and cancelled it on 8-11-12

the pnr no.G3454687 and travelling date was 11-11-12
but money is refunded in my A/C till date
Request you to initiate the refund process as soon as possible.

Scheduled arrival of Ahmedabad to vadodara at vadodara bus station (from source surat) was at 18:30 today 17/05/15, it didn't come till 20:00 PM. i need my money As refund amount.
