[Resolved]  GTPL — No services since 17th October inspite of regular payment

Since 17th October 2013 evening, I am not able to view any channels via my GTPL set top box connection. On almost all channels, I have the message - "This service is blocked(4)". We have logged in a complaint with GTPL since 18th Oct, and the complain ID is 124693. However, my issue is still not resolved. Today, I have been following up today entire day, and still my issue is not resolved. I am just told to keep my set top box on and the issue will be resolved in 30-45 mins, but it has been almost 3 days!! In the evening, I was told that my set top box was mixed up with someone else and so accesses were cutoff. Finally, I was told that tomorrow morning, someone will come to physically check the set top box and it will take at least 2 more days. I am deeply dissatisfied with this treatment. Also I get no reply or engage tone on the toll free number - [protected].
