GTPL internet service has taken Rs 6600/- for 1year but just after installation, it stopped working.I called customer support several times, they asked just to wait .
This is the scam running by GTPL

I am getting around 25% of packet loss every time and as a result, I am not able to play games properly and not able to watch content on Twitch.tv

Please submit the issue as soon as possible and I am not happy with the service right now....

I had registered a request for shifting broadband to another location on 19th June2021. And paid of money for shifting 560 rs. But this is 26 day not response has been given from gtpl . I called several times to gtpl but they say that they putting forward message every time i called there is a same answer . Now what to do

Dear sir/madam,

i have gtpl broadband connection, nagarajan55, and i have upgraded my plan to 50 mbps one which is fiberoptic connection on january 01, 2021, and made payment through icici bank cheque, #798957. they informed me that the cable at my residence will be changed to fiberoptic one within 7 days.

it has been more than 1-1/2 months now, but still they have not done that. in fact, gtpl dp box itself...

Gtpl customer complainttoll free no.[protected] is not working. Every time it mentions "busy" status. Then we are forced to call on other number +[protected] to register complaint, which is not toll free number, on this number we wait till gtpl customer executive receive our call, this costs a lot to register a complaint. Why should customer pay for the problem of gtpl? And we are forced to complain every day due to low speed or network...

Since first week of april16. braodband connection disconnected. and GTPL was unable to find fault. Since this practise was repeated in march also. Hence we have requested noddle officer through email for discontinue of broadband and refund the money since they were helpless. I am mailing everyday to GTPL nodal officer regarding refund. But after 43 days. i am not refunded my money.when it was asked on email for non refund of money. No response...

We have complained regulary since last 4-5 days . The latest complaint number is 764553 but they seem to give standard reply that wait for sometime it will be resolved. They were not willing to take complaint by not giving complaint number but now i managed to get complaint number 764553. Our client id is kr_attarwala at vadodara, gujarat. I tried all above number and they do not exist. We I tries to connect with internet its shows me Static IP in connection type instead of PPPoP and went fail to connect. I tried to contact but no one is answering. It should be banned....
