[Resolved]  H - 65 Whirlpool Washig Machine — Replacement sought

We purchased H65 whirlpool washing machine on 13th July 2008. Since then we have been put through inconvenience because of the improper functioning of the product.

Inspite of repeated complaints and requests for replacement of the piece the customer care department keeps sending engineers who behave more like sales representatives trying to sell us accessories rather than attending to our commplaints.

We have requested that we get a replacement (a new properly working piece of the same model) at the earliest.

Whirlpool — Improper Functioning

Dear Sir

I would like to draw attention to a refrigerator I purchased on 10 Nov 2005
Model No 9091, Serial # INA[protected]

I am really not satisfied by the product & service. You will wonder that why is it being said after so many years.
Well said, there are post which have been send to your company and log of complaints

I will reiterate the last record I am having

7-7-08 Complaint # JP [protected] on toll free # for cooling problem & no Deep freezer also not working - no ice
8-7-08 Reminder
9-7-08 Problem of cooling - Problem not clear so gas filled, Noise from compressor
10-7-08 Taken to workshop & compressor changed. Recived it back on 15-7-09 . Paid charges of Rs 1080

28-7-08 Again out of order. Complaint registered
29-7-08 Reminder to attend
30-7-08 Taken to workshop & returned on 1-8-08

1-10-09 Complaint again for cooling, Visited & not sure what to do
3-10-08 Reminder
6-10-08 Timer changed, AMC signed for 2 yrs
7-10-08 No chilling again
8-10-08 No chilling , visit by technician but not sure what to do
10-10-08 Fridge taken to workshop , Reminder
11-10-08 Reminder,
12-10-08 Reminder,
16-10-08 Fridge recd back, GREAT but not working
20-10-08 Engineer came but not sure what to do, as slight cooling had automatically started

5-1-09 Same problem , may or may not cool
8-1-09 Ultimately OK

I am referring to last complaint where 3 days pass to check, then we say that there COULD be gas problem & by the time person comes next day to check gas , Equipment seems to be OK
as cooling has started

Can we not really check the issue, once for all

I remember living with this issue since 2007

I hope that some action will be taken to actually satisfy a customer

Were they able to fix u r problem. I have also been suffering with whirlpool product since 2 yrs.

I bought the 2 door refrigerator in Nov 2007 and have been facing lot of issues with it.
The refrigerator many times stops on its own (the light glows, but no cooling).After being in this condition (till everything inside gets messed up) suddenly it starts working again. I have changed the gas, compressor etc etc and still the problem exists.

The service engineer is not able to solve the problem and on every visit asks to replace some part of other.

Let me know i[censored] also had similar problem ..

At last Whirlpool is a JUNK company selling JUNK products.
