I purchased Whirlpool refrigerator from Amazon, issue is Refrigerator is not working..
It's worked only one month properly... every 20 days I'm getting this problem...once raise the sr request they will take 20 days of time for visit...poor and very worst service...we already inform them to replacement they suggested as next time i[censored] get the problem...visited at February month.
Even we spoked with manager, anantapur...and called to customer care raising complaint always...6 th time I'm getting this problem...even call records also available with us..we got call from head office of Whirlpool and informed them to replacement...please immediate resolution for this issue...but technicians team visited and changed parts also and still it's not working so please arrange replacement of product immediately and details of product are Date of Purchase - 20/08/2023 Under Warranty yesterday I got a call from sales manager and he told me we can't give any replacement we will provide service only and he is speaking very rude don't have minimum commensce also Was this information helpful? |
