[Resolved]  Whirlpool India — Washing machine Noise due to bearing problem

Hi All, I bought top loading whirlpool fully automatic washing machine in 2017. From starting itself i started spending money for washing machine. In 2020 i got more noise in the machine. So I called service engineers, they told i have to change bearing for washing machine its cost around 4.5k. i asked them to change by warranty at free of cost. But they refused they said 10 yrs warranty for motor only... So I spent that amount for change that spare. After changing the product every half yearly i get some problem and i spend some money for that machine. Maintaining cost and spare cost is very high in whirlpool... Now again 2023 again huge sound in washing machine, same response like in previous, i have to change bearing . This time cost around 5.5 k for spare. Simply i disappointed using whirlpool product. From whirlpool company side they selling worst product to their customers with fake promises by ads and marketing peoples, i spent twice morethan cost i bought the product. I wanna file complaint against them in consumer court. I need some assistance...
